Customer service portal
Context
Telekom is having 2 projects: Citykey, a mobile app and Customer Service Portal (CSP), a web app. I started to work on CSP in February 2022 and currently we are almost 20 persons in the team.
CSP is a portal created for the cities, to be able to add the content in the mobile app by themselves. They are adding content in the portal (eg: new events in town) and then publish them directly into the mobile app.
